I am disgusted with the crass commercializatio of such a wondeful programme. I believe, it is the BEST thing to happen to Indian TV since its inception. It is painful to witness the murder of good talent at the hands of NON MUSICAL public. This SMS voting is a joke and a cruel way to tell somebody that you are good but the public does not like your Face, Region, Religion, Gender etc. etc.
have only real musicians as judges. have different rounds as you used to have to measure all round ability of the participant. DO NOT put any emphesis on physical performance at all. This is a music programme and not a fashion show.
This programme is the only Original programme on Indian TV in the Noise of ''Foreign Formats'' programmes. Please, give a fair chance to our sons and daughters.
Also hold auditions in more cities. Give more exposure to a bigger group of Indians. I am sue there is more talent than what comes for the audition.
gajendrasingh can also think of having a regional competition.
