Trujet provides poor service and quality. They will just cancel the flight whenever they want irrespective of weather condition and they will come up saying operational issue.
Service of staff was very poor. they even do not resolve issues of passengers. Seating space is good but not so comfortable.
Flight no 2T207 from rajahmundry to hyderabad dated was delayed by 3 hours due to non availability of their aircraft on the Rajahmundry airport. The Scheduled departure time was 16.45 but flight departed at around 19.45. The airline kept blaming weather condition for the delay but another flight of jet airways successfully took of during the same weather
