Thank you for the email to me about the cancel a deal after the sign the agreement and taken Handover from me of my car as well as my documents.
Is it your right behavior with the valuable customers, where your employees Mr. Satish, Take a papers and car around 3.00 pm from me and after that you have canceled the deal around 4 pm. after the handover the papers to Truebil executive and at 5.30 pm handover the papers to office receptions without any intimation to me.
Buyer canceled the deal it is your lookout, you have not mentioned on any mail or not intimate me before that if the buyer is not purchasing the car then canceled the deals. As well as your team has continuously taken follow up about the car deal from the last 15 - 20 Days to take my car.
On 04.05.2019 your executive Aman call me around 11.00 am and ask me to deliver the car's paper and Handover to your person and he will come to my office for the same.
As per the discussion is done with Aman I have handover all the paper to Mr.Satish at 3.00 pm and he went for car pickup. After that I have received a call from Rizwan at 3.30 to 3.45 saying that deal is canceled due to the customer is taken a backup. How it is professional way about the customer signed the agreement and hand over the car to executive and suddenly Truebill says your Deal is canceled.
After that, your executive Hussain Said that why you wait for Truebil to sell your car, you can sell it any other way. We are not responsible for it without any listening about the customer and answering in very Aggressively "Apko Deal chahiye to lelo varna hum kuch nahi kar sakte". When asked him to send a cancellation email with Sr. approval he said me "EK car ke liye kya app kya senior se bat karoge".
As well as your lower executive has continuously supported well to the goes deal final but your senior management is talking very badly with customers.
As well as your lower executive Mr. Satish is come to 4.00 pm after an Hour to handover my documents to my office and when am not accept it they have given to our office receptions without any intimation to me. It is Truebil professional way of serving the services to the customers.

Your team has just waste of my money and efforts from last many days. Kindly provide me compensation against this deal otherwise I need to publish this issue to online social media and other channels or I need to take action on consumer court too.
