I had bought a i20 in March 2016 and was very pleased with the behavior and response of the sales executive. He tried to get the work done at right time and also helped to choose correct accessories. It was a different experience, after I had a bitter experience at NEXA.
During the first servicing of the vehicle the service personnel was friendly. My seat backrest adjustment lever was broken. The service executive gave me a call after receiving the lever at their store.
I have had a good experience with Trident Hyundai, Hosur Road and will recommend it.
