They don't care attitude after the car is sold.I felt hurt after buying a car from them.
Sales people are very arrogant in their behavior. Don't have politeness and don't treat customers well. I felt insulted after buy car from them. Please please please please don't go to these arrogant set of people. Let them understand that arrogance cannot take them to heights.
They have their own terms and condition. Will never listen to customer’s problem. Other car dealers of other car brands are good. They treat customers very well. But these people don't do that.
But I heard that there service people will also not treat customers well. I think they think that they have a good product so customer will in any case buy so no need to give respect to customers. Through this review I want to tell Hyundai that people give business communication classes to their slaes people. Making good product alone will not give good results.
Please Look out for other options or for other cars makers. So it’s better to avoid this dealer.
