I made order in first week of Feb 2016 and as per the offer running at that time, I was eligible for Rs 750/- cashback which was confirmed by them email also.
Product was delivered to me on about 10-12 Feb and till now Rs 750/- cashback has not been credited to me.
I have sent them many email since last 10 days or so . and everytime their reply is ROBOTIC.
Everytime they say it will be done in next 2-3 days or in 24-48 hours and that day never comes!
I had lot of trust on PeterEngland name since were making shopping for last years .BUT THIS ONLIE EXPERIENCE IS TERRIBLE
on seeing this approach, on can call their customer support as worse than worst.
I am regularly shopping online on various websites and had never such a bad experience before.
it appears these customer care team even dont care that they are spoiling a brand name by their act.
would suggest everybody to thisnk twice before purchasing online from Trendin.com
I am thinking of taking legal action against them for misrepresentation at the time of selling so as to induce the buyers!
