I am a true fan of LP and vanheusen . I got attracted to Trendin due to the huge price difference during off seasons and vast selection. I agree that the product is genuine . but they are not professional . they are not equipped to handle the problems connected with online purchases.
Recently I had made few purchases and I was forced to return the product due to price difference. as per their policy returns are acceptable. I initiated the request via their website . unfortunately the return and refund is not yet materialized.
Trendin customer support is still saying it will be picked up within next two days, they have man power issues etc. same drama is happening since last three weeks.
So be careful about them . if any problems occurred they wont help as u expect from online a trader. you wont get a cool dealing like ebay, flipkart, snapdeal, myntra
I hope this Trendin will spoil the image of other online sites also.
my order numbers are 277045 and 261404. still waiting for a refund
