Treebo providing false pictures wth fake support. Review on Treebo

I AKG from Vadodra, Gujarat booked a hotel through Treebo on July 21st 2022 and completed their online formalities for check-in and payment.

First and foremost the hotel shown on the Treebo website is totally fake and horrible. All rooms are on 1st floor and there is no way to reach with staircase because the height of the staircase is to wall is hardly 4 feet. This is the only way to reach to the rooms. There is no reception at all.

One rude person at the counter so-called he is a manager of the hotel. He does not have knowledge of which rooms are available and occupied. This guy also does not have courtesy to talk to customers. Very rude in nature and not even basic ethics to receive their client/customer. So-called hotel manager make himself busy with providing rooms to girls and boys for an hour and so.

The hotel rooms like where pigeons are kept. Very small even if you enter in room cannot move to 45 degrees such trifling and nasty. The supped bed sheets and towels are very dirty and unhygienic. If you tell about all these to counter they say speak to “Treebo”. They are charging water bottle double or triple from the market. Look for room services are unpredicted if service boy derives to you, you are so lucky.

Now based on all these observations I reported to Customer Care of Treebo. I received a call from one of the team members named as “Ashita”(do not remember actual name). I narrated the entire happenings with her, she said do not worry we will be talking to the manager/owner of the hotel and talk about your concerns.

After 10 mins, I received a call from “Ashita” saying we will be shifting you to another hotel but you have to pay extra money. I said, when you are shifting me to another hotel then why should I pay extra amount since your website shown very good hotel with very hygienic maintaining Covid protocols etc. It's mean these are fake information provides to the booker. She immediately responded that you have to pay an extra amount then I will shift to you to another hotel.

Since, I was not having any option only to compromised for 2 nights.

So this is how Treebo is making money by false information with fake pictures and money making support system.

I ask the Founder Mr. Sidharth Gupta to immediately react on your present system and make your stand in the market if you want appreciation from your valuable customers.
