I have booked a ticket via travolook on 22 Jan that time I have little knowledge about this company.
After some time , I have received a message that due to fare change , my ticket was cancelled .They told me that I would receive the refund in 10–15 days.
After reading the reviews , I was get to know so many people facing this issue. So , I raised a compliant after looking a review in NCH. I didn't leave it there. I sent mails to the travolook company.
They sent me some replies after few days but I didn't believe them completely. So , I didn't stop there.The mediator for the company was Cashfree payments bank India .
So, I contacted them regularly and raised two disputes. They replied me and assured me that I will get the refund. Then , I contacted the travolook company directly from an another mobile number .It took around 10 minutes for them to connect to the calls .I talked to them for 5 times.Then, I made a chat with the company directly on facebook messenger .I continuously argued with them for more than 4 days.They replied to me in facebook messenger.I finally got my refund after 13-18 days after the transaction was made.I request all the people who lost confidence after losing money because of this company to regain confidence . It is your hard earned money. No one can take it without your permission.If you want your money back , make sure that you always be in contact with the company in either way.
Even if one person gets their money back because of my review , I will feel so happy. It may take some time but don't lose your patience and argue with the company.
