Travelyari, I have posted here before but want to reiterate. From may 2012 till now 29 Nov 2012, i have not got the refund for the ticket i cancelled, which they themselves have acknowledged as cancelled. I called customer care innumerable times and have no doubt that not refunding the money of a customer is totally 100% intentional. Absolute fraudsters.
They need to rot. I think this is how they function-they will keen the money from the customer; when the cancelling is done online, they will settle the account with the operator as a cancelled ticket but will keep the money from the customer without refunding. I suggest people go to the operator's offices and book tickets. Its not as difficult as we may imagine. The tickets cost less too.
There are enough booking agents everywhere. Never never book through travelyari!!
