Hi,
While booking through Cesta Journey we weren't ready for;
- 0 communication throughout your trip unless they want money.
- The itinerary they would send while finalizing the trip would suddenly change during the trip, inclusive and not limited to room changes without intimation.
- Totally money minded.
- 0% customer centricity and 100% local travel agent centricity, even if the customer clearly explains with examples and shows how the itinerary was comfortably changed by the local travel agent.
- No action taken in any form by Cesta even after informing them of food poisoning and health issues which caused one person to cut short the trip.
- Pictures shown while planning the trip is completely different from what was actually booked.
Bottom line - Cesta Journey sweet talks while planning the trip, assures that all will go per plan and itinerary. Wherein the reality when you are on the trip is completely different. The rooms are cheap and the Cesta representative is concerned only about receiving his money.
Waste of money - instead of memories we took back experience with a sour taste in our mouth.
Won't ever recommend trips through Cesta Journey to anyone.

Few other points as a reply to Ankur's reply on the Google Review that I posted are :-
1 - Food poisoning from the food in the Boat House from Dal Lake was not AMS. This was clearly informed to Ankur. But all you were worried about was his payment.
2 - He didn't inform us of the change in the Boat House, which was his responsibility to do so like any other Travel Agent.
3 - Don't know how Cesta works, but even hadn't you informed the driver it was his basic duty to take us to the hospital if and when asked, because the vehicle was booked for us.
But here too, he looked for a benefit!
We had to wait for 2.5 hours for the driver to come and pick us up after our check out and the reason he gave - "He was given an airport pick and drop around the same time by the Travel Company!!".
Not once, but twice!!
I can list out 'n' number of things from May 14th until May 23rd, 2022, including and not limited to the concern of just 'money'.
Worst Travel agency I've ever come across, who has made our trip horrible!
Travelled for the first time with Cesta Journey and will definitely be the last and will 100% not recommend them to any of our friends and family.
Going back to my other Travel Company for my next trip in couple months.
Also, I selected "DOES NOT RECOMMEND CESTA" on their FB page and notice it changed to Recommends!!
Shows their desperation!
