I had planned my trip to kashmir with my 1 year old infant. I had paid the initial booking amount for confirmation of my trip.


Due to health conditions I was not able to continue my trip and wrote email to the agent holiday travel zone to cancel my trip and remit the advance amount as per the cancellation policy of the company within one day of booking.


But to my despair, the agent called me and said that the amount cannot be refunded as the cancellation policy of travel triangle and the agent policy both together has to be met for cancellation and hence we will revert back if at all any refund can be made.


In travel triangle cancellation policy, its clearly mentioned that within 72 hours of booking a product, if any request is  made for cancellation then it will be processed. but, to my despair they dint refund back the booking amount.


This company is really a bogus company cheating people and not returning the refund amount even though in the agent policy some cancellation charges are mentioned. even after deducting those charges, they are not returning the booking amount.


Even after repeated emails and follow ups with the company and the agent I did not get back my booking amount which was more than 25% of my trip cost. They neither replied to my email nor responded to my call. While asking for booking amount 100 times they will ask you whether the amount is deposited or not for confirmation but to refund back the money they will make you run from pillar to post.


I would never recommend travel triangle and holiday travel zone for anybody. It is better to go with a reputed travel agents or through a known network.
