PATHETIC!!!. Review on Traveltriangle

Planning:

Very poor planning. The team has no idea that the zoo and museum were closed on Monday and had planned an entire day of sightseeing to Trivandrum zoo, Napier museum. I ended up loosing one full day and was not even compensated for that.

Stay:

The hotels were not of 3-star standard except in Alleppey. Hotel in Kovalam was below par with cracked roof(room102), very worn-out and dirty sofas and bedsheets with huge holes. One of the rooms had an extremely smelly bathroom. But the hotel staff in Munnar and Kovalam were very supportive.

Cab:

We had requested for an Innova Crysta and were promised by the agency that no cabs are older than 5 years, unfortunately the one we got was 9 years old. In short, we were cheated on this front as well.

Driver:

Very rude, entire duration he was on call while driving and was continuously shouting at another driver who had some issue with his trip(you may check his call records for confirmation). The road trip to Alleppey and Trivandrum was a painful one due to the constant shouting. On the last day when we requested to take us to near by mall as all the planned sightseeing places are always closed on Mondays(distance being much lesser than all the sightseeing places combined) he very arrogantly demanded 1000 RS extra and stopped the car in the middle of the road in the hot sun, switched off the AC(with 2 senior citizens and one child on board)and threatened us saying "this is my area you have to follow my rules".

Customer Service:

Very pathetic. The travel coordinator stopped answering my calls after I raised the concern. The agent simply washed their hands off and asked us to pay the entire amount to the cab driver. The coordinator also has no idea of the itinerary and was instead asking us why did we plan for the zoo and museum on Monday. Absolute chaos.

In short very poorly managed trip. Travel Triangle has no control over the agent, the cab and the hotels. Simple waste of Rs. 300 per head convenience fee. This was my first and last trip with Travel Triangle.
