I had booked a Sikkim trip through Traveltriangle, we got a package from Unexplored Trip - https://unexploredtrip.com - https://instagram.com/unexploredtrip
(This package was pricy than other packages and it had all we needed. We paid more believing we will not face any issues if we take up the costly package. But God knows the truth.)
-CAB - 3 Star
As we reached the airport the signs of bad service started.
Our cab driver told us that he will arrive in 5 minutes which turned into 2 hours of standing in the sun.
He could have told us it will take time, we could have waited at the Airport instead of standing in the sun.
But overall cab service was decent.
- HOTEL - 2 Star
The hotel rooms allotted to us were great on the itinerary, but when we arrived at the hotel, they were horrible in condition.
The customer service person told me to adjust on the very first day of the trip. So, we felt we did a mistake booking this service.
Finally, after a lot of calls and chats, they shifted us to another hotel, which came with a struggle of waiting and traveling again at night in negative temperatures.
Then again on 3rd day of(Lachen) as per the itinerary, we had an amazing hotel, when we reached there we were sent to some other hotel, which again sent us to some other hotel, then they assigned an empty hotel in a place with no person at reception, no hot water, a broken toilet, no wifi(had no network), no proper water pressure, no lock in the door, single blanket. A young helper/cleaner in the hotel, who had joined a day ago said "It's my first day, I don't know anything".
It was horrible to stay there, but now no one was picking up calls to even help. We were stuck at this place with a negative temperate and horrible service. I felt like I'm trapped and can't even do anything in this remote location.
The hotel experience was horrible, they don't provide anything as per the itinerary.

People we were communicating with, use to switch off their phones, blocked us, didn't pick up our call, etc, etc in time of need.
Instead of helping they will say, what can I do sir, it's peak time?
They don't stick to the itinerary but tell us that "you could have taken the better package". On insisting to stick to the package, they gave random reasons for why they can't do it.
They basically lied about the itinerary and didn't deliver as promised.
They even raised their voices just because we were not ready to "adjust" to whatever they wanted.
Overall, I will not recommend anyone taking this service. This service is the definition of an unprofessional and horrible experience.
