I have to face the brunt for booking a travel package with travellingtrips. They promised a booking for hotel and very low rates for 4-5 star hotels but cancelled it just a day before.
They have a very good followup till package purchase post which most of the times they are reluctant to provide any correct information. It took 1 day to confirm the booking from them but is taking months to do the refund. On top of it, their customer support is very bad as they are unavailable most of the time. When they pick up, they tell you your request is under 'process' which never gets processed. The customer guys are extremely arrogant and hang up the phone no matter how polite you are in conversations.
To conclude, TravellingTrips is highly unreliable and not trust worthy website to book your holiday package or hotels. Their support is very bad.
