TravelKhana.com- No good food nor good service. Review on Travelkhana

Hi friends. This is Navin and now I am going to share my experiences about TravelKhana.com.For an interview in K.V I was in Kolkata last month. I got my train from Howrah to Gorakhpur in returning. It was an after noon when I contacted to TravelKhana for booking a meal. I asked them for dinner and paid 350 rupees for a delux meal. They promised me that they will deliver my meal at Chitranjan station and the approx time will be 7: 00 pm. I was quite happy that I do not like railway's pantry food because it is unhigynic and too costly rather than they provide. As I listened up very much about TravelKhana thus why I was confident about the sevice and the food. But the truth was all different from rumours. When my train reached at Chitranjan and still I could not recieve my orederd food then I contact to the customer care. They inform me that quickely I find my food to the next station. Then I decided to wait because what could I do beside it. Then the next staion was Madhupur and I was really shocked that still I was not geteing my food. It was 8: 00 pm and now I was feeling hungry. Then again I asked to Customer service. Again they sing the same song and that was please wait you will get your order soon to the next station. Friends you will get shock to know that up till next two station I was not get my food. And the two next station were Jasidih and Jhajha. I was totally disappointed from the service if this so called good food provider website TravelKhana. Again and again I was continuously contacted to the customer care. And they regularly sung the same some.wait wait and wait. When Barauni came they delivered my food and the time was 11: 45 pm. I was lost my thoughts due to hunger. Finally I get my stuff. But still there are some more surprises were waiting for me.As first, food was not as hot as it should be. It seemed that it was not fresh. Packaging qas not up to the mark as their price was. It was such a bad feeling which I can not expressed.Secondly, as they promised me to deliver the delux one but there was not any type of delux food. As on the name of salads there wer only a piece of onion, two or three pieces of carrot, a piece of cucumber only. They claimed it the delux food. I dont know how? Thirdly, Dal was too cheap and Chapatis are two hard to bite which I cant forget till today. Jeera Rice was not properly fried. Panner was only for the name. Mix veg was having only mushroom and potato. Curd was so thik and sour in the taste that I cant forget.It was such a bad experience with TravelKhana. Please do not ever try to order. Because if you make an order, you will have to travel and travel without KHANA.Please read it carefully. And like if you find my review is helpful. Thanks to be kind with me.
