Before Trip
I am feeling sorry for others who also end up in mistake by trusting Travbond. You may get response here from the brand to write email to their address. Before putting my review here I have already written it to their email id. No response so far,
Their service is only upto receiving advance payment. Once they receive advance payment, concerned sales person will never speak to you. Only so called operations team is allowed to interact with customers. Sales person won't attend your call or he may block your number. I visited their office also, the sales person won't be available there. Office is full of school/college students to initiate and get lead for the package. Primary sales head like Mr.Raman etc. will take over further on the deal. Their operation team(I will call manipulation team) will deal with you and they deny all the promises given by sales team. Your proof of whatsapp or any other mode is irrelevant to them.
Operation team never book flight or hotel in time, They will tell flights not available.pay more or you take different flight. They never give you promised hotel. They will say its not available. Sales team may offer cash back. Ops team doesn't have any idea when the cash back amount will be given to customer. They provided me VISA just 16 hrs before travel. They gave itinerary without many package inclusions agreed upon earlier. They never picked up call after sending itinerary. They just said this is what we can offer in your package thru whatsapp by their operation team head JANVI. She just don't talk to customers politely. Most arrogant customer executive ever faced.
Dont ever fall trap of CASHBACK. You will never get. They wont pick your call after your trip.
BEWARE OF JANVI, RAMAN, PRINCE, KARAN, RISHAB, DHEERAJ etc.
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR LIFE
Issue is still pending. It is not resolved. Company is spreading lies by marking issue resolved by coordinating with Mouthshut.
Mouthshut should stop the process issue resolution changes with the brand immediately
