Ordered One Chair and One Table on 6th April 2022.
While placing the order, delivery date seen was 11th April.
On completing Online payment, the delivery date became 19th April 2022.
Today is 22 nd April 2022, no delivery has happened, and refund request is falling on deaf ears. Their call centers is useless and help less.
Now Have registered a consumer complaint on Government portal consumerhelpline.gov.in for recovery of money paid. Hope I get the money back.
