SAY NO TO TRANSCEND PRODUCTS! As far as product is functioning in working condition you are the lucky one! The day the moment product/item goes faulty you are in deep trouble as Transcends LIFE TIME WARRANTY IS ONLY ON PAPER AND REPEATEDLY SAID AND PROMISED BY SELLER WHEN SELLING IT YOU. But when it comes to actually claiming warranty you will find absolutely no one for repairing or replacement service. Transcend will say go to their retailer or distributor and vice versa...SO SAD!


My 32GB Micro SD Card went faulty and I am struggling n juggling between transcend and its Indian distributors for simple support repair/replacement service. Below emails exchange thread says it all..............

Its been quite some time that i have been rolling running between manufacturer and distributor partners with time money effort loss.


it is hard to accept and believe that how company like "Transcend" has such a poor service system.


As a consumer when product goes faulty there has to be proper replacement/repair option in place as promised during product purchase,


so that a consumer get sort of satisfaction even if his/her item goes faulty!


Also i really expect someone out there who can put himself or herself in consumers shoes and do/act rather than throwing all that standard formatted emails responses....


As Indians we are closely bounded through massive societies/communities and in this market every product make or build its brand-name through


word of mouth, so with poor consumer service it will not take no time for any brand to perish!


It has to be uttermost factor that consumer issues are looked into at a higher priority all the time, , for that very reason brands like samsung, lg etc has survived over decades without a denting damaging image.


So request you to please "DO" rather than say!!!
