NEVER EVER buy from Tradus. I want to return the product(order 13214652_01, RO Filter). The product was delivered timely. The seller did not detail; the product properly on tradus.com. After opening the product, on the same day I informed tradus that I wanted to return the product. They dont have phone no to reach but feedback page.
I wrote to customer support so many no of times about reverse pickup of the product, they were not able to arrange the reverse pickup the product. They have many reasons to tell. The height of all reasons is, their courier vendor informed them that they contacted me(I/we did not get any calls or mails or face 2 face discussion) and I/we cancelled the reverse pickup. I even asked the name of person their vendor spoke to, they have not responded after writing cust care for 4 times. See their responses below:
1) Narinder Kaur from Tradus Writes to me(15 days back from 14/06/2014) - We have checked the reverse pick up serviceability against your area pin code " 422009 " and unfortunately Aramex do not have a reverse pick(home pick up) facility in your area.
2) Narinder Kaur from Tradus Writes to me(14 days back from 14/06/2014) - We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We have a tie up with the Blue dart, but as you have confirmed that they are not accepting the shipment we will get this checked with the courier team. We would request you to kindly pack the product in a safe condition so that it is prevented from further damage.Keep this ready with you. We will get our courier partner to pick up the parcel from your registered shipping address within the next 72 hours.
3) Narinder Kaur from Tradus Writes to me(10 days back from 14/06/2014) - We sincerely regret that pickup is not done yet, we have escalated the issue to the courier team to check and arrange the pickup on urgent basis.
4) Palak from Tradus Writes to me(8 days back from 14/06/2014) - There is some issue with the pin code in your area due to which the pick up is not yet done.Courier team is working on same. Kindly allow us some time and we will inform you about the same.
5) Palak from Tradus Writes to me(3 days back from 14/06/2014) - We have arranged a reverse pick up from our side but our courier partner has just informed us that the pick up was cancelled by you only. Hence we are closing this issue assuming it as resolved.
) My Last note to customer care 1 day back from 14/06/2014 - I did not cancel the reverse pick up of the order. In case you are not able to arrange the reverse pickup, I can send it to seller back, provided you re-fund Rs 650=00 the courier charges. Otherwise please arrange the reverse pickup. Also let me know which number they called OR whom they spoke to if courier provider says I canceled the order. Awaiting.
Point is they dont want to return my money back and hence not picking the product to be returned. If they could deliver the product, they can do reverse pickup too. but they dont want to.
