UNETHICAL , UNORGANIZED , FRAUD , FAKE , USELESS. Review on Tradeindia

Ok, So I have worked with Trade India( Infocom Network Ltd) for quite a time. Let me share my awful and Worst experience with this Organization I ever had in my 10 years of experience. Not sure I should call it an Organization or a Picket Pocketer's den with the most unethical, Unorganized, Ill-mannered Management.

Ok It is very easy to get into this company, as the interview process is simple, coz the management that takes the interview doesn't know how and on which parameters they are supposed to hire, In fact, if you are good at communication you may easily get through.

Now the management out here is the worst, in fact, if I talk about my experience here, my immediate Branch manager or the superior is not even worth being an executive. The standard of communication and dealing with the co-staffs is as disaster a total disaster. Can you imagine the Superior can't even communicate in basic English, if the client is premium and the communicating in English or doesn't understand Hindi, the superiors out here asks customers are they comfortable communicating in Hindi.

Secondly, the way the superior deals with Managers, Team Heads and Executive is exactly same which I would say "PATHETIC" is the word. The superiors out here have no manners how to talk to an employee forget about the customer.

I was shocked that how can the leaders hire such Branch Managers without checking on their past experiences, whether they have ever in their lives managed the team or not. Coz the mindset and Skills of my immediate superior was that of the trainee, doesn't know how to manage or coordinate. My Superior got furious at me when I questioned him that he cannot talk in an indecent or immoral manner with me. Here most of the management is just Shoe lickers of Leaders, that's the only Mantra they follow to sustain in such organization.

Here If you question or argue with the immediate superior, he would try to seek for stupid reasons of getting you in trouble. Unessasarily they would pressure on you in such a manner that you would get demotivated. All they want is the sales to happen by hook or by crook.

Now Customer and Corporates, Be very very careful while investing here, as the Agenda here is to just Cut the Customer's pocket as much as possible. They would just show some snow land dreams to you that how they would boost your Business, however, once you invest you are stuck and caught. After one time investment also you'd be asked for multiple time payments.

On-call their Agenda is to just get the money out of the Customer's pocket so that the caller's target is achieved doesn't matter what all promises he does would ever be full-filled or would sail in Vain. Also, the products and services offered are that of Adam's era. Only the Customer who is are uneducated or not well versed with how Online sales work would blindly fall into their trap.

Also note all the reviews which have 4 and 5-star rating are been done by their in-house employees, as they've been asking the new joiners to put fake positive reviews to attract and trap more and more customers.

Finally, It's my suggestion to all successful folks out there, "DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY YOU WOULD JUST WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND ENERGY".
