The license of these kind of courier service should be taken off for the sake of poor customers. People who expect packages, important documents are all in vain.
These should understand first the importance of service they do. They are just taking others chance and making customers into trouble. They never be connected through phone. No proper updates on tracking, one update comes after 7 days. That also not true, shows out for delivery but never delivers.
I am helpless to give 1 point fro them actual point form my side in all departments is -100
