Toshiba is very big and popular multi national company which deals in the computer laptop and all the parts related to it. External and internal hard disk of laptop is also a very good product of toshiba. Once I needed a external harddisk one of my friend suggested that I go for the toshiba so I bought a external hard disk whose cost is around 3500 INR.
The red coloured pack of the harddisk is looks very attractive and the big mark of USB 3.0 brights like sun. After the unpacking I got a very small and slim box which is very attractive. But I think no one see the beauty of this hard disk except girls for whom colour matters. In my case it is black in colour.
The hard disk unable to give very good speed as it is mentioned on the box. The transferring speed is about 15 MBPS which is very bad for any external harddisk. After using few days the transferring speed is getting very slow. So I decided to call the costumer care because the warranty of harddisk is of one year onsite. Costumer serice is very quick and fast and very good if you compare with the others. They replaced my harddisk within one week at my address. Now the hard disk have no any kind of issue.
