123 Summer is ready for ME!. Review on Top Five Summer Destinations

Spring is hear, and it’s getting time for the fun and relaxation.  Put away all those winter cloths and winter coats and hats and bring out the fancy skimpy bathing suites and shorts and tank tops it’s time to go on vacation!

I have never left the United States and enjoyed any other attractions but I have been to Mexico and I loved it there, but I guess my review will have to be written on places to vacation at in the good old United States of America.  Even thought I wish I could write about the Bahamas or Jamaica but I can’t cause I have never been there and to me that isn’t fair to write on something that you haven’t been to.

Top 10 Vacation sites in the US

1. California- I lived in California for 2 years(Long Beach) and just loved the beauty of this state.  It has everything a person can ask for when they want to just relax or have a wild time.  The state is so big, therefore you wouldn’t be able to visit all the wonderful things in this state, but I will give you some ideas of were to go to have fun, and what they have to offer.  First of all you can take your whole family on vacation and stay at a great motel and visit Disneyland your kids would love that and be thanking you for days upon days afterwards.  Or go visit one of the beautiful beaches that California has to offer.  I like Cherry Beach that is a nice place to take a packed lunch and set off for sun and fun.  You kids will love swimming in the blue ocean water( make sure keep your mouth and eyes closed due to the salt in the water) while you are at the beach try out some surfing or boogie boarding, I tried to boogie board but with no luck.  If you are into Hollywood, then check out the walk of fame in downtown Hollywood, how about seeing your favorite actor/actress?  Well you can always take a tour and visit the homes of these great people or even take a walk into the wax museum and see them all done up in wax.  That was really cool, and I have ton’s of pictures of me and famous people to show off to my friends.  They thought I was really with the “Real” actor.  Love to eat foods?  Well there are tons of places to eat, I love to go to Red Lobster and Taco Bell.  However you might like “Jack in the Box” for one of those good burgers.  No matter what you want to do on your vacation I’m sure you will find California to your pleasing.

2.  Washington Dc - If you are ready to take on a vacation that might be educational for your children then I would suggest you check out Washington Dc.  You can visit the White House(well not inside the house, but you can see the house) Who knows even might see the president when you are there outside.  You can visit the Smithsonian, the war memorial and other cool places.  The best time to visit and vacation in this state would be the summer or early spring, due to the flowers and trees(cherry blossoms) are in bloom.  It’s just a great place to learn some history about the United States and I’m sure your kids would enjoy it.

3.  Pennslyvania- Yes this is my home town state, but I still believe it is a great place to vacation at.  You have so many things to do in this state during any season of the year that you are on vacation.  In the Winter you can come to this state and enjoy the snow and ski and relax in a log cabin beside a nice roaring fire place with a hot cup of chocolate or a glass of wine and spend some quality time alone with that loved one.  You can enjoy the summers here cause there are so many places you can camp at, or rent log cabins to stay in or what ever you choose, you can find beautiful streams that have tons of fish that you enjoy fishing for.  You can enjoy the nice warm walks under the stars at night holding hands with that special person.  You can visit the memorial of the Johnstown flood, and Gettysburg is were you can learn about the war that took place here.  We also have tons of dams and rivers that you can take a boat out onto and enjoy water skiing and swimming and picnics.  During the fall you can travel back some cozy Amish towns and enjoy the bright colors of the fall leaves as they turn on the trees.  You can go horse back ridding you can do almost everything here in Pennslyvania

4.  Texas and Arizona - These two states are really awesome, you can find so many different things to do while vacationing in these states.  I enjoyed the Grand Canyon and I enjoyed the little shops along the highways that you can stop off and buy Indian stuff, and they are actually made by native American Indians.  The weather here is normally hot and dry and humid, so this might be hard for some to take, but this is also the states known for their good old down home cooking, you can enjoy places that will serve up some hardy burgers, steaks and ribs.  If you are into sports then you might be able to take your family to see the Dallas Cowboys football team or the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball team, or even the Arizona Cardinals football team.  You might even want to take a turn at ridding a horse, that is always fun.  I love horse back ridding and when you go to this state you will have to try it out yourself.  They also have bars(clubs) were you can go dance and try some good old country dancing.  How about ridding a mechanical bull?  That was fun but I sure didn’t stay on the bull for 8 seconds.  There is just to many things to mention about these two great western states

1. Nevada - Now here is a state that is always on the go.  If you are the type of person who loves to keep moving then you need to visit and vacation this state.  Do you like to gamble or play cards?  How about shooting dice?  Well if you said yes then you have to come to Nevada cause it is the city of gambling and “sin” so they say.  Los Vegas is the city to visit.  You wont be going to bed early in this city.  The lights of all the high rolling towers of gambling casinos will put a twinkle in anyone’s eyes.  You better make sure you have lots of money if you are going to this city cause you don’t want to run out of coins when you are playing the slot machines.  I hope you win big time.  A lot of people go here to get married, you can get married rather fast and easy here and you can choose any type of wedding you want.  If you want Elvis to be at your wedding then he will be there( Elvis inpersonnater) This is not a place for children to be taken on vacation to, but for adults I suggest you check it out at least once in your life.

There you have my top 5 places to go on vacation.  I enjoyed each of those places when I visited and I plan to make my way back to each one of them again one day.
