I have (rather HAD) this Tommy Hilfiger watch which got a scratch in the glass/ and wanted to get that repaired. I went to the retail mall from where I purchased the same and was told that only Titan service centers are the authorized people to carry out any repairs for Tommy Hilfiger watches and gave me the address of a Titan Service centre at Safina Plaza, Infantry road.
*My watch was sent to the Titan service centre on 2nd January 2014 and it was taken in by the centre executives to replace the glass and delivery date of 25th Jan 2014
10 months went by and still i have not received my watch back.*
Today , when I am writing this review out of sheer pain and surprised by the arrogance and attitude of the people at the service centre, I have not got my watch back from them yet . Almost 10 months and they are not ready to deliver my watch and more frustratingly I had to visit the service centre at least 7 times in past 10 months and had to return empty handed as every time they said that they have to get the parts imported etc.
I am thinking of going to consumer court to register a complaint against the service centre and also Tommy Hilfiger India HQ as this is an absolute mis managed after sales service and customers like me have to go through a lot of harassment and agony for simple service requests.
Guys, 300 days to get a watch glass replaced....unrealistic !!! Behavior and attitude of service centre employees ...unprofessional ( you don't see this attitude anymore)
