I’ve always had faith in the Titan brand, but my recent experience with Titan Eye Plus in 2024 has completely shattered that trust. I purchased spectacles for my son on August 3rd 2024, and within just 45 days, the frame broke, even though it was kept safely in its case. There was no mishandling or accidental damage whatsoever.
When I returned to the store to address the issue, the staff refused to replace or repair the frame, claiming it wasn’t covered under the warranty. This response was shocking, especially since the spectacles were practically new and had been used for less than two months.
To add to the frustration, I also reached out to Titan Eye Plus customer care, hoping for a more reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, their response was no different – they simply brushed off the issue without taking any responsibility.
This kind of poor product quality and dismissive customer service from Titan Eye Plus is completely unacceptable. Over the past decade, I’ve bought spectacles from other retailers and have never encountered this kind of issue.
What’s even more disappointing is the fact that these spectacles were quite expensive, yet the quality was nowhere near what we’ve received from other retailers at a much more reasonable price. It’s unacceptable for Titan Eye Plus to charge premium prices while delivering such poor-quality products.
For a brand like Titan to deliver substandard products and offer such unsatisfactory customer support is extremely disappointing. I strongly urge Titan Eye Plus to take accountability for their product quality and improve their customer service, so that others don’t have to face similar issues in the future.
