The website and app are a scam. Review on Tira

The app and website both are extremely glitch. I ordered an expensive fragrance as a birthday present for someone. They shipped the samples and canceled the main item. On their website they were still selling the Carolina Herrera Bad Boy EDP. CS team told me that they were out of stock. Instagram team told me that it was a glitch and I should order again and they will deliver. My refund had still not t been generated. Also I ordered the product with a Wednesday bank discount that was gone. The team made no effort to make up for the lost discount. Seems like they canceled the order on purpose. Shame on this scam being run by Reliance. Such a waste of time and money and 0 customer empathy. Had it been Amazon or even Nykaa they would have offered the bank discount as a coupon and ensure that the product was delivered smoothly. But these scamsters have still not refunded my money nor taken the product off their site
