Folks here you are going to read about Online Survey's carried out by many Website, are they really productive, fruitful / internet user's give their feedback honestly or they do it just coz they got the mail's and casting their vote's without having knowledge about that product or company. It is the biggest question????
Throughout the global Internet marketplace, Customer Satisfaction surveys are often regarded as the most accurate barometers to predict the success of a company. Because they directly ask about the critical success factors of a business, if done effectively, Customer Satisfaction surveys can deliver powerful incisive information and provide ways to gain a competitive edge.
No matter what the feedback of this Online Survey Company is but we all agree, most of the internet user's are literate one, qualified & can think logically while going to cast their vote for such online surveys without getting biased by others. And this is the biggest advantage of Online Surveys, we can target to mass audience and all our results to some extent are 70-80 % are correct.
Recently I found an matrimonial website (don't want to name it & advertise that website) conducting survey for the perfect match for their member's, was getting a good response coz this website has given an opportunity for their member's to choose better one for other members. Although this companies earn revenue from both end's i.e from client and also from getting clicks having advertising banner's on their site. This inturns produces a benefit for both client, customer n for themselves. Saving time providing priority to customers, and acting according to that. It's in total a win win condition for whole Online Community.
My point to raise here is, this is our moral responsibilty to Give our opinion without getting biased and inclined towards any product. For example, let we talk about Mouthshut.com, people genuinely comes to this site for reading reviews about certain products and on that basis they go for particular product or look for better option. But what if we guys at MS.com give ratings without reading that product or for just impressing the member cast our votes, what happen this whole sucks!!!.
Better we become honest towards ourself and give genuine, honest and valuable comments and feedbacks, so that we all get benefited from it.
