All customers who have an SB a/c with more than 10k in Canara Bank can avail of 2 DD's without paying commission:).
It's true its not widely advertised but is mentioned on their website-(https://canbankindia.com/support/others/special-ind.html). It states as follows;

When I approached my branch even the branch manager was not aware of it, he called an officer who seemed to be aware of it & grudgingly agreed to it and I have been using this facility from then on.
