My Home Quarantine Tips
1-Do yoga practice for at any rate 30 min consistently.
2-Don't watch the News aside from legitimate government
declarations.
3-Note down your after lockdown plans like trips or any new business.
4-Don't eat a lot in lockdown. Keep control on your cravings.
5- Avoid Zoom & use Google Meet for family or official video calling.
6-Avoid every social medium applications like Twitter & Facebook.
7-Start skilful activities like singing, cooking, drawing, reading.
Cooking in Quarantine became so common that everyone here is a chef. Have tried any recipe please comment down below.
8-Go for shopping just two times per week if you need that thing anyhow.
9-Don't follow stupid challenges just for the sake of social media.
10-Do home solutions for your skin & hair. Please take advise don't go for YouTube Videos.
11-Help destitute individuals if conceivable. Be cautious.
12-Learn any new abilities. Speak more with your parents, spend more time with wife and kids. Teach them indoor games.
13-Don't share any bogus recordings or phoney news on WhatsApp or some other internet-based news channels.
14-Don't trust and forward any instant message. Especially the religious one. We all Indians are together in this pandemic we will rise also together.
15-Stay Home! Remain Safe!
