First thing in this hard time of covid 19 is to maintain your immunity.and immunity can be increase by yogasan and pranayam.these two have really great effects on body.just do two times in a day. Morning and evening only for 15 minutes.it will help you to protect from covid 19 and other dangerous diesiese.so stay immune and stay healthy in this quarantine.
