This is not about your food but care for your eyes:


This information I have received from my colleague and the same is mentioned here:


My colleagues' friend was told of an exercise for the eye by a an Optician and that is termed as'20-20-20'.  I found it apt for those who are sticking to the computer for long period at office and home.


Step - I


after every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your head and try to look at any object placed at lease 20 feet away.  This changes the focal length of your eye, a must-do for the tired eye.


Step - II


Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moist it .


Step III


Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes of sitting in one particular posture.  this helps blood circulation for entire body.


This really reduces strain on your eyes and inturn controls headache, change in eye sight etc.  hope this is helpful for the readers.
