I would like to express my gratitude on the quick service that was provided for the call I logged on 06-02-2014 in regards to my 4 wheeler battery. I appreciate all those who involved in solving the issue in a QTA basis. Below is the detail of the proceedings.
Within few mins of logging my complaint that the battery is not working, I received an SMS with the complaint number and later after 16mins I received another SMS with the service engg. name and contact number. I was shocked to see the speed of the progress.
Then I called Mr. Raj- the service engg. which was mentioned in the SMS. He immediately found the nearest Exide mobile service they called me within 2 mins(in spite of he is taking care of a different location). It was again surprising for me.
In the next 20 mins the Exide mobile service team came to my house and gave a report(service sheet no:9404) that one of the cells is week and they informed the nearest dealer. The dealer called me in next 10mins and gave me a quote for the new battery after the discount suggested by the Exide Team.
The issue was sorted out with a new battery within 18hrs(if I had chosen the dealer suggested by Exide Team it would have solved on the same day ie, within 4hrs) of logging the complaint which is good SLA and the OTD of the new battery was also excellent.
As a follow up call, I received calls from Mr. Kov-j. After installation of the battery I received calls to confirm whether my issue was sorted. Top of all Mr. Raj- called after 1 week and checked if the battery is working fine.

If I get a chance, I would love to work for Exide.
