Exercise should be part of every person's daily routine. One should do exercise for health & that perfect body no matter how thin or fat one is. The question is how to achieve goals while exercising. The first rule is nothing is impossible. One can pick up any interesting exercise, in order to do it continuously for losing weight. It could be anything like sit ups & jogging, but before start of any exercise warmup should be done. On the other hand my personal favourite exercise was sit ups, I started doing 10 sit ups a day & gradually increased it into 20 sit ups in 5 sets.This is how I lost weight, the key is monitoring body all the time & increasing sit up according to the body's stamina. If one can increase it is good, but one's exercising routine should be continuous & not a day's gap should be left in a routine.The more consistency in workout the better it is. Do not keep unrealistic goals. Goals at start should be small as bigger unrealistic goals can let us our mental moral down. I myself lost some 20 kg in 9 months with this exercise & my size went from 36 to 30 inch in waist. That was when I was 15 years old, my looks changed & I was unable to recognize the new me.
Sit ups are not only exercise one can do. I run in park for some 50 seconds & then take a walk. Then, I repeat the whole process after one round of the park. Running is also cardio exercise hence one can take this high impact exercise for losing weight. I read it from a magazine that cardio is important, in order to lose more weight & results comes in lesser time. Hence, I run in park for short period & then walk slowly to retain breath. The other idea to lose weight is gyming, which is not only good for gaining muscle mass but also makes our bones strong. These days I do some gym exercise for losing weight as I have bench & weights to do exercise at home. I also take protein supplement in order to lose weight & gain muscle mass. As everybody knows the importance of protein in one's diet. We can't ignore this fact & hence protein supplement is recommended. Yoga is another exercise which is good, it not helps us lose weight but it gives peace of mind, it's true. Hence one can search for the exercise for his/her liking & start doing exercise for not only losing weight but also health benefits.
