On 6th June 2012, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 from timtara.com at an unbelievable price of Rs.15, 950 after getting a discount of Rs.4, 040 after reading about this site on Tech2.in.com. I did not receive the product even after a month and in spite after calling customer Service numerous times, I did not get a reply. I finally found a website https://akosha.com who help people to get their refunds from such fraud companies.
I took their help but even then nothing seemed to be moving. Later I sent a mail to Mumbai Cyber Cell and cced to raja@timtara.com and cco@timtara.com. I finally got a refund on 11th July 2012 after much follow up.
Please be wise and do not buy from these guys. I am one of the lucky few to get a refund but not all are lucky me...
