Buying product through timtara.com was the worst online shopping experience for me. I had ordered Samsung galaxy tab P2 3100 through this site on 12th August 2012 (Order no 10306162). Delivery time was 2-3 weeks.It was committed that it would be delivered on or before 3rd sept 2012.It didn't happen.
I followed up with them through phone calls / e-mails.... bt all in vain.......Then I used following options to get my product delivered:
Registered complaint with core.nic.in(supported by ministry of consumer affairs)
Registered complaint with nationalconsumerhelpline.in(project of the ministry of consumer Affairs)
Registered complaint with akosha.com
Registered complaint with zeenews.india.com/zeehelpline/english
Sent mail to pehredar@network18online.com
Please keep pressurizing timtara team by informing them about the kind of actions u r taking.In my case, real punch was delivered by zeehelpline (Noida office).I got a call from zeehelpine on 10th October to check the status of my product and to my surprise it was changed to "shipped" by timtara.
I got my product on 11th October 2012 in good condition.
Please do not get lured by the discounts offered. Think twice before purchasing anything from timtara.
