I want to share my experience with TIMES Global Insurance. This is probably one of the best mobile insurance company in India as far as I know. I am a customer of this company from last 3 years. I have insured almost every gadget of my home and family from this company. Since I stay in a joint family where you can find our naughty kids at every other corners of my home. They hardly leave any gadget unbroken. And almost every other month I have to file claim to TIMES Global Insurance .
But till now I never experienced any hassle, Mr. Abhishekh is my relationship manager and this guy is really a piece of gem. Every time, he handle my claim and smile. Also gives me update of my claim status. Arrange pick and drop. And in my two claims he returned my smartphone with expensive screen gaurd( ha ha, that I can understand why) but still I always bother him for damages. I suggest you insure your expensive handsets and other gadgets from good companies only as it will save your money and time during claims.
