Well, I had been the user of Tikona internet for three months, then suddenly one day it went off. I tried all the tricks that the Jokers attending y calls at the call centre asked me to. But, to no avail. Finally, one of them told me that the service will take 24 hours to resume.
And it's been 3 months now and their technical team has also stopped taking my calls. The mails I fired to their staff and company went unnoticed till one fine day I called up the customer care and told them to take the device since I have already switched to TATA PHOTON.
Then all of a sudden, they took notice of the gravity of the situation but I had made my choice till then.
GOOD RIDDANCE is what I would like to say after moving on to another service provider.
