Tikona has a good reputation I believe and that's why I signed up for it by paying in advance for 3 months. But that was my mistake. Actually I should pull this service to the consumer court.
In the last 45 days, internet has been down for at least 40% of the time. For instance, it was off since 3PM since yesterday and came back at around 11-12pm today. So who is going to compensate for the 18 hours time that I lost? A lot of my online work has been affected for this lenient service. I have talked to the customer care a number of times, all they say is- Sir we have registered your complaint and it will be resolved and you will receive an SMS. Why do you start a problem at all? I have paid in full, so your service should also be non-stop- isn't it?
Tikona, stop cheating your customers and start giving regular service at Tughlakabad Exten- Delhi area, else I am going to unsubscribe for sure.
