First of all, this is the best Marvel movie seen since The Avengers. It is fully comical. You'll enjoy the 130 minute of its runtime. It reminds you of Johny depp of Pirates type comedy. The chemistry between thor and Hulk is too entertaining as well as spectacle to eye. Like every Thor movie, it's best to watch in 3D.
Plot is quite simple. Thor got to know about Ragnarok from Saturn, an evil. He returns to Asgard, only to know that Loki is ruling Asgard as Odin in disguise. He with Loki reaches London in search of Odin. Here he finds Dr. Strange, another Marvel Hero. They reach Norway, where Odin is, only to meet him lastly. Before dyeing, Odin tells that Hella, his evil daughter, God of Death is returning with his demise. Hella appears, and the one side duel happens, and the Hammer is destroyed by Hella. During return to Asgard by by-frost, Hella sends both Loki and Thor to a different planet, Sakaar. Hella destroys Asgard, and takes charge and re-iterate her old force. Heimdall try to save as much Asgardian with him. Thor is forced to fight with Hulk, by Sakarian Grandmaster. After winning, he flee with a Valkyrie. And how he saves the Asgardians is to be seen in the theatre infront of the screen.
Coming to performance, Chris Hemsworth is superb as Thor as is Mark Ruffalo as Hulk. Tessa Thompson packs a punch with the role of Valkyrie. Cate Balenchet is fully evil as Hella, even in the eyes. Rest starcast has done the job superbly, especiaaly the Korg, sounded by the director himself. He brings real laughter with Hulk.
Direction is superb. VFX is best, which reminds you of watching a star wars movie.
Go for it.
