I had a great experience with Thomas cook team for this trip to Singapore, specifically tour managers Mr Anthony Christopher, Mr Dattatrey Pagarey and Mr Darryl Pereira. These people helped me out to get my bag when it went with another coach. Apart from the incident, management, planning and execution of the team was great. All arrangements made by them were as smooth as it should be. Coordination between team, travellers and local guides was in line too.
All in all it was a great experience with Thomas cook team.
