Dear Sir,
We both me and my wife are the part of your Scenic America tour which was merged with Extravaganza tour of yours starting 14th May.
Tour manager Sheital Agarwal is an excellent fantastic energetic dynamic fully professional, amazing work she does .
Our whole group was scattered on day one as all arrived at different time and from different places but she has such great communication skills such great leadership qualities in no time she made us one group one family called is Sheitals Family always. The way she remembered each and every guests names is really remarkable I couldn’t understand how she does that what memory she has and any time of the day or night she is always ready to help us with anything we asked her. Her detailed explanation on places her timings her way of interaction is what I kept observing and we all salute this small girl who has the power to keep 48 of us in place. Our breakfast our lunch dinner was like absolute bang on time never too late never too early . She made sure she took care of each and every persons requirements at all times .
What a delicious American dinner we had , South Indian lunch with more than 20items she always added that extra touch of spice in to what eve we were going to do next .
She has made sure to win the heart of the youngest one year old kid also in the bus to the senior most on the bus .
So I would like to say she is a great tour manager in fact the best by far that we have experienced.
We are going to miss her as tomorrow we are going to be handed over to Sagar to continue with our Scenic tour. We thank Thomas cook to allocate her atleast for the eastern bit of US we were happy to see when a parallel tour running group of Thomas cook came to meet her saying we have read a lot about her on mouth shut and we were so proud of her
