This is to bring to your notice,
I booked a holiday for 8 people for Leh Ladhakh through RAJIV NIMBEDAAR @ GREATER KAILASH, I booked a deluxe package in which the property he promised me was Himalayan retreat in Leh and made me UNDERLINE this property irrespective of the options given in the itinerary, he was 100 percent sure that this was an A grade property and we would get this only.. and at every single conversation he promised me the same.
In spite of asking again and again for the final itinerary, we got it just 12 hours before our travel, RAJIV kind of disappeared after the aishwaryasingh23ment.
Then after receiving the itinerary, he gave us leave Himalyan Retreat aside, not even any of the three mentioned properties but a 4th property.
ALPINE VILLA. THIS WAS AS GOOD AS A DHARAMSHALA. THE 1STAR KIND OF PROPERTY WHICH HAD PUBIC HAIR IN THE MAROON MINK BLANKETS AS WELL IN THE WASHROOM AND PATHETIC PLACE IT WAS.

When I called Rajeev from Leh, first he told me that this is the only option we have to survive with but when we all 8 people ( 4 adults and 4 kids THOUGH WE OPTED FOR A PACKAGE OF 8 ADULTS DO THAT WE COULD HAVE A COMFORTABLE LUXURIOUS VACATION PAID U FOR 8 ADULTS IN 4 ROOMS)
We all refused to stay in that pathetic place on repeated calls to Rajeev, he refused to help saying that he is from the sales department and not product mAnasultanger so gave me a no. of a girl in Bombay named TEJASHREE, this girl again was so rude and misbehaved. She kept telling me that she was in the train and could hear me properly, then in some time I called her again she kept denying till I shouted and then she told me that she will disconnect my phone if I talk to her in this way.
So this was the team of Thomas Cook I had to deal with for 3 to 4 hours when as per the guideline we were supposed to rest the first day.
Irrespective of me telling your team that I was not feeling well and asap they should look into the matter my request fell on deaf ears.
My family of 8 people were running here and there to 1 even more pathetic hotel suggested by your stupid Thomas Cook team and to some more hotels so that we could accommodate in LEH on our 1st day.
Then finally your team told us that they had only these 2 hotels to offer us, else we should find our own accommodation and would get a REFUND of only 3 DAYS OUT OF 5 DAYS AND TILL TODAY THEY ARE NOT TELLING US THE REFUND AMOUNT.
Then for so-called compensation, they told us that they UPGRADED us in Nubra Valley to a luxury cottage instead of deluxe but reaching Nubra we realized that we stayed in the same tents as all the Thomas Cook guests, we were NOT UPGRADED.
The team in Leh was good and cooperative but were helpless and told us that they are also facing problems because of the people like Rajeev who are making false commitments and taking the bookings thereon. THEY TOLD US THAT THE CLIENTS ARE INFORMED ABOUT THE CANCELLED STAY IN PANGONG 2 TO 3 DAYS BEFORE THE DEPARTURE BUT THE COMPANY AND THEIR AGENTS KNOW ABOUT IT SINCE MARCH. ALL OTHER COMPANIES LIKE YATRA, SOTC ARE GIVING THEIR GUESTS THAT STAY EVEN NOW. We came across so many people who stayed in Pangong through other companies.
Then come to the lunch offered in way back from Pangong as we landed at the venue we came across some more Thomas Cook guests who were shouting there at top of their voice around 8 to 9 people, they stopped us and asked if we were here to have lunch through Thomas Cook and told us how bad and hygienic the food and the place was still as we were very hungry we mAnasultanged to enter the place and found a Tibetian kind of an old lady crying as those people scolded her for pathetic food n shabby unhygienic arrangement.
We ate that food somehow to pacify that lady and told her that the food was fine and also gave her money for that. This was to explain the food arrangements by your people a similar kind of lunch was on the way to Nubra Valley.
THIS ALL WE FACED AFTER BOOKING A DELUXE PACKAGE WITH YOU PEOPLE NOT THE BASIC 1, AND NOW THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE.
RAJEEV TELLS ME, '' ma'am sirf aap 8 logon ne complaint kiya, baaki sab ne to kuch nahi bola'' but let me make this clear that all the group was unhappy with your arrangements but they were like '' ye sab ek jaise hote hain. Paisa lene me baad sunta kaun hai''
LEMME TELL YOU AGAIN THAT THIS WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE THOMAS COOK.
PLEASE REVERT BACK ASAP.
