Think 10 times before u book ur travel with thomas cook no magic cook , They have all the authority to spoil ur trip can change hotels, itinerary, what not. They cook anything worst to worst, shameless staff , they become deaf and dumb when u question .
I traveled last month .they upgraded my hotels from 4 star to 3 star , upgrading in their language. Their vision is lost when questioned no satisfactory answer , shamlessly say trying to collect facts and will reply . Rude tour managers .changed my iteanary without my consent.
Think before u book with magic cook. The staff radhika suvarna, abdul raheem and their gen. Manager sudhakar are great marketing staff , can give wrong info to get business.
They have rude gems as rahul kamat tour managers having no manners and can spoil ur mood during the tour. Served food to be consumed sitting on footpath.
