Smart grid mattress worst technology ever. Review on Thesleepcompany

I have purchased sleep grid smart luxe 6inches mattress seeing the reviews of best mattress and company advertisements of 100days trial.

I have ordered mattress from the company website itself, everything was smooth I have received the product as expected, delivery was good but the delivery guy charged some amount saying that it is a heavy product need to lift all the way.

I have received the product, seeing the packaging it was heavy, size of the mattress was 72Lx66W. when I have opened the blue color cover seeing the mattress I thought I have got the wrong size, because the width was correct but the length seems to be small by 6inches, I called the customer support and confirmed with them they said the size will shrink its vacuum packed I believed them and opened the white cover and the mattress came to the correct size as I ordered, Everything was good till now and was excited to use the mattress, the smell from the mattress was like a plastic and was very odd in the room.

1st day when I started using the mattress, the smart grid layer seems to be hard I thought it would take some time for the mattress and for me to adjust, from the 1st day I sent mail to the sleep company saying its uncomfortable, I got the response as below,

"Thank you for writing in some text some text some text what are you going through is completely common, posture correction period is the time that our body takes to adjust to the smart grid mattress 99% of our customers really see the difference and come back to tell us it really helped them, we also have customers complaining about the cervical pain or spondylitis even they find suitable, if you still find the issues and see it is not suiting you don't worry you have 100 nights to return the same"

I gave the second thought of using the mattress, after 2 days of the usage I had body pains, back pains and thought of returning back as it was not suiting. Again I called the customer support they started explaining the same things of 100days trials all blah blah blah, I got to know whenever I call them they gonna have answer for that, rather than taking back the mattress they say use it you have 100 days trial and all the stuff in practical its not possible the 100days trial is only for the name sake they wont take back the mattresses once delivered.

I wanted to empty the space occupied by such huge mattress since it was not even comfortable, I started calling to junkyard people to remove this junk as it created a lot of issues, no one was accepting for it, finally, I have dumped in the trash free of cost without expectations of a single penny.

Those who see the reviews and fall in the trap or those who wanna buy new mattress I genuinely suggest you to go nearby offline store and review the mattress size etc., I have lost 25k hard-earned money to this junk I regret for that now, I would have visited offline store at least before buying. Those who got the hard-earned money, don't go for this junk however it's personal choice either, I genuinely say to visit the offline shops and decide.

For me the sleep grid seems to be worst, I would have bought the normal mattress and used it rather than going for the good reviews company brand etc.
