As the name suggests, they are extremely creative, but it''s not interior designing by any stretch of the imagination. They are rather creative in scamming people ??
With great hopes, I went to these guys thinking that they are better than other companies like Livspace, Homelane, Design cafe, etc. Because these other companies just assign you a designer who coordinates with you right from the beginning until the very end.
I went to these guys because the owners are involved with the customers directly, but oh boy was I wrong.
Not only do they mis-sell their service from the word go by fooling you into believing you are getting a good service when you are paying for poor designs, careless execution, and callous attitude of the owners.
To begin with, they will quote you by already adding 20% to the price they are ready to do your work at. Assuming they will take your project at Rs. 10 lacs, they will tell you a price of 12 lacs.
After that when you ask for a discount, they will bring it down to Rs. 10 lacs just to make you ''happy'', so you can't blame them if they screw up your execution later on. Now the question you should ask yourself is, which reputable company plays such silly games?
Secondly, their work quality is pathetic. They have no control over their carpenters. Check their Google reviews to verify this point at your end. Once you pay the money, forget about your calls getting picked.
You would expect better when you are working with ''owners'', but these owners- Amrath and Anupama are worse than low paid executives of other design companies. At least the executives of a company will pick your calls and won't have the audacity to regularly avoid if someone is being patient with them.
Their minimum price even for a 2BHK would be at least Rs. 6 lacs and Rs. 8 lacs for a 3BHK. For 6 lacs, you are not even getting to look at any kind of display. You enter into a semi-residential space with no display, dated interiors reminding us of life before the computer era.
You will get the same price by all the other companies like Livspace, Homelane, and even Design cafe. You can go to their showrooms and check their display so that you know what you are buying.
I am surprised how these guys are still in business. My assessment is that they did well until a few years ago, but have become extremely complacent about business. I could clearly identify that they take their customers for granted.
Don't trust this review. Go ahead and try yourself, but let me assure you that it will be an expensive mistake.
