As I could not find perfect tittle of this ,I submit the review on Taj Exotica under this name as its belongs to Taj groups only.
It was high time we all badly needed a break from our mundane routine. We decided to fly to Goa just to pamper our soul by good stay at the crystal clear green bay?we ultimately flew to Goa landed to ?kenvilleworth? hotel booked by our travel agent.
But to our dismay it was not just worth a night stay also. So next morning we started hunting for better stay and lastly among all our hotels our choice ended for ?TAJ EXOTICA.? The ?TAJ EXOTICA? rendered us good memories, which I would love to put it here.
After finalizing monsoon package with courteous manager; we were lead to our sea facing double room. The room opened itself unwinding it to the lusty vast greenery diminishing to the sea beach. The huge Greenland blew it?s mystic air into our self rejuvenating us and letting us melt into roaring sound of waves at distance .
At the entrance, huge pot holding flower rangoli done by local Mali welcomed us in unique way. It attracted me a lot. Inside in same fashion huge pots attending us standing taut at each entrance of structure were seen welcoming where in local gardener beautifully creates rangoli of colorful fresh flowers daily. The very natural creative style indeed! The power of its creative beauty was far beyond my imagination.
The know how of well-mannered staff started by attendant itself. Coming to ?Taj? totally relaxed us, as rooms were neatly carpeted and were spick and span. They were unbelievably cozy as well. The best were huge facilitating bathroom where each one could pamper with ?boutique? brand products.
Through out day we kept roaming here and there exploring well-constructed huge territory and enjoying beautifully displayed interior put up either in paintings or sculpture or may be just rough stones or textured wall?. The experience was just amazing that we locked our self to ?The TAJ? with no more wish to move anywhere else! The big entrance?s ceiling talking to crystal chandeliers stood high rich with walls of vibrant red, white combinations.
The Indian traditional sitting arrangements cushions covers in entrance hall wrapped us with old Mughalia era. The white sparkling marble holded our feet to walk tall with different feel of ambience and confidence.
The shopping malls offered us all kinds of ethnic stuff and creative painting, murals ?
The different cuisine always churned our pangs of hunger to savor their tasteful dishes. In décor of Italian restaurant served piping hot pizza baked at the instance of our order. The crisp aromatic air coming from fresh dough and freshly baked pizza filled our stomach with satisfaction, which are beyond words of descriptions. In decor of Italian cuisine was totally mesmerizing .My creative soul was touched by its in decor. They had huge glass jar which was imported from Italy where in they stored all spices in layers, which spoke Italian culinary. What a creative brain of cook who had thought of idea unique in its own way.
The monsoon package offered us morning breakfast with 200 varieties that too totally free of cost. But according to me it was more than that as hardly we were left hungry for noon. They offered numerous varieties in each section catering different tastes of different people. Varieties starting from breads, curds, Indian snacks, fresh juices, eggs item, chutneys, south Indian dishes, north Indian, Gujarat varieties, were so many that hardly ever we had our stomach hungry at noon.
Food offered in menu was explicitly explained with its preparations mentioned in detailed. The doubts or query were patiently entertained. Indian cuisine khana was also very traditionally decorated. They displayed olden traditionally used Hand chakki, Cluster of garlic hanged, red chilies, Big stone grinder. And were put up together well proportionately and well-balanced forming a message ?OLD IS GOLD?.
In night after having dinner we stretched ourselves in hammock tied to natural two coconut palms grown at equal distance.It could take us to quintessential starry night. We relaxed lying in hammock totally getting immersed watching glittering stars in dark vast sky.
The best was bar hut at beach. They served from boat kept separately specially storing all kinds of alcohol to treat guest at the very beach itself in unique style. Open hut was sheltering guest having arrangements making available all kinds of alcohol and brews. Each guest could easily place an order as according to their mood and enjoy the nature to the fullest.
The spa and beauty saloon totally offered soothing treatments and pampering .I opted to have whole body massage which was remarkably very relaxing and tranquilizing me. Each part of my body was totally relaxed touring me literally to different world.
Also evening brings in all different kinds of enjoyment sometimes goan dance,sometimes band playing,sometimes karoke...each evenings got some item offering you to enjoy.....
For those who wants to pamper and rest naturally not wanting to do anything ends up doing everything but in hotel itself. I suggest them to have a visit here at least once.
The only regret with when we left the taj were we had less days. We wanted more days to enjoy it more. But before leaving we decided to come again next year to spend our next holidays here only.
Coming back home lost to routines but with refreshed energy made me realized and says to self THE TAJ EXOTIC helped me to collect my self. To me I found THE TAJ EXOTICA -an EXTENSION OF MY BEING! I see TAJ EXOTICA to be a dream place, which has finally found its way to its reality.
