However I write it’s not gonna be enough to describe how pathetic this courier service is. I cannot seem to help but wonder how do they even exist as an organization when they have no sense of commitment, team collaboration and a sense of responsibility. And not to mention, their way of communicating to the customers - just a bunch of jerks sitting on a chair and answering the phones rudely.

My Story -

I’ve been tracking my package for a couple of days that’s been showing the package was still at the Hyderabad delivery centre for which i was waiting for them to attempt the delivery. But afterthe package being there for 11 days, it finally shows that it is out for delivery. So I am waiting eagerly but never received the package. And interestingly the tracker shows it’s been returned to Chennai office since the customer was unavailable, I mean wow , am stunned. I never got even a phone call as the delivery was never attempted. So i finally decided to contact them but nothing no one answers. I could connect to a number they gave another number to contact of which the person never answers. Got one more number to connect and when asked about the package, they seem unaffected by it (forget the customer service etiquette such as sorry or i will look into that), and provide me with another number to contact Chennai office to ask them to redirect it to Hyderabad. But when asked by me that why can’t they take this responsibility to contact their chennai office , they just ignored ruthlessly and forcefully given number to just call the office and yes call disconnected. So I called the Chennai office by which i was given one more number to contact booking office of which the call being disconnected every time i called. So i quit and lose my package. One hell of an experience. Kudos to the courier service team for such an outstanding work they are doing. It’s been amazing experience to learn that how splendid this organization is. I am mesmerised.
