I feel this review is:
The name is Professional but there is nothing professional about their service. I booked a parcel from Mumbai to Pune on 6th May 2019 but even on 11th May 2019 it remain undelivered. After trying for 3 days, the local franchise picked up the call only to tell me that he cannot let me know when he will deliver because there is some issue with delivery people at his end. I had to ultimately go to their shack of an office myself and collect the parcel myself. They didnt even have the courtesy to call me up and tell me that the parcel will be delayed. Would suggest you use local courier companies instead of getting fooled by these big names.
