Fake and Cheater Holiday Company. Review on The Pacific Holiday World, Delhi

I am member of Pacific Holiday World with Membership ID FHISDLS7771082.

I want to give my true feedback of this fake and cheater Company named as "The Pacific Holiday World" based out of Delhi

Before taking membership, we had been shown luxury hotels of 4 and 5 star category including 5 star resorts. After taking membership, whenever we requested for properties, reservation team always came back saying all properties are sold out due to peak season and long weekend even when it is off season.

If every month is a peak season then what is the use of paying huge amount in advance. We can take booking from outside anytime at cheaper price as well.

This Company provide the options of worthless hotels which are anyway available @ INR 2000/- 0r 2500/-per night or even less.

Customer care is very rude, they are not delivering what they have promised

It requires a lot of follow up to talk to reservation team and they always frustrate us with their rude behavior and they never come on call whenever we call them. We will be told that we will get call back but we never get any call back from reservation team.

Its such a fake company and has just mislead us as members by giving all the fake information and it just shows good dreams before getting membership by showing top class hotels and resorts but after becoming member when we actually ask them for giving hotel or resort accommodation options they always send third class stay options and if we ask them for better options they clearly come back saying that no other options are available apart from these options.

Further they never give hotels with breakfast as complimentary and charge more than double amount from members as breakfast charges and when we ask them that we do not want breakfast because of huge amount they clearly will say that breakfast is mandatory to take along with stay otherwise they can't provide hotel only. So we as members have to compulsorily take breakfast along with stay by paying huge amount unnecessarily as breakfast amount. If we add just little more amount in breakfast cost, we will get stay only in that price.

For any season whether its a peak season or off season or long weekends, 90% of the cases they will ask us to change the dates as hotels are already booked on the dates provided by us.

All will plan holidays on long weekend only, no one will go holiday on weekdays by taking school and office leaves, holiday means long weekends only and if we are said during that time that no hotel are available due to long weekends then what's the point to take membership from them and ultimately they will tell us to pay exchange amount to get the hotels in peak season or long weekends.

Further they have told us for many international destinations like US, UK, Singapore, Maldives, Australia, South Africa, Hongkong, Macau etc. we have to pay exchange amount to get the hotels for stay which was never communicated to us before taking membership.

They have mentally harassed us by giving all wrong information and not giving the services which were actually committed to us before taking membership and when we asked for cancellation of membership they clearly said its not possible to cancel the membership and we will not get any refund amount.

Its my advice to everyone to take this as my genuine feedback and please please its a humble request not to take this membership and please do not waste your hard earned money because you are not at all going to get any benefit from taking this fake membership.
